Men’s Shed – a project of Footprints in the Community
Footprints in the Community
The group will use the funding to extend its Men’s Shed service, providing a place for men to chat and make friends, learn new skills, share their problems, have a laugh and be themselves. This would involve opening a new Shed in the East Cleveland area of Skelton, so more people can take part in the activities and have a reason to get up in the mornings. This will be kitted out with new woodwork equipment and tools to encourage men to be physically and mentally active, and improve their wellbeing.
Funding requested: £49,975
